Vineyard consulting

This is the beginning of a virtuous circle; where each action makes it possible to have a qualitative gain and therefore an "economic" gain that in turn makes it possible to generate the next action which will also bring a qualitative gain. This is an endless process.

We have developed an alternative way of growing that really adapts to the terroir. We present a unique way of thinking with a true understanding of our environment that goes beyond biodynamics and simple organic farming; it is a global reasoning.

The objective of COMME Consulting is to help producers improve the quality of grapes, while securing production against "diseases" and avoiding irrigation in regions where it is developed. All this is based on principles and processes, synthesized by the term "Global Harmony", which are the most appropriate for their site(s).

Our approach makes agriculture accessible and understandable. The idea is to provide winegrowers and farmers with the necessary tools to grow precisely according to their location, without following a standard recipe.

Winemaking and Aging

This is a crucial step to "adjust" the finished product as the best extension of the expression of the terroir.

Part of the virtuous circle consists of using wine as a tool for understanding the terroir and the grape variety and extending the philosophy based on respect for the vineyard through vinification.

With many years of experience and many wines rated "100 points", we are perfectly capable of guiding winemakers on a more thoughtful approach to vinification in relation to the origin of the grapes.

This approach goes beyond the fermentation process. It goes through the blending which requires understanding the synergies between wines and aging in conditions dedicated to the best expression of the terroir. Finally, it only finds its completion at the time of bottling.

The ultimate goal is to have as many high quality wines as possible!

A quadrature of the circle that we know how to raise.
